Dandruff and Natural Remedies

Aloe Vera
Hibiscus
Gooseberry

Dandruff
What is it?
Dandruff is a Skin problem especially in our scalp, which pass to our face in later stage. It’s nothing, but they are the dryness of the skin which peels off and result in flakes, mainly. The peeled skin flakes will speed in the air which also infects the other person; this may also be a cause.
Symptoms
After the scalp got infected either by primary or secondary way, we can feel it by some itching leading to irritation. Sometimes the flakes of the skin alone would be seen on our shoulders, which are embarrassing. Smell is bad too. If necessary step is not taken, then would spread to the eyebrows, eyelids, ears, the groove in between the nose and the cheeks, which showing the peeled off skin layer (dry skin) or reddish infected skin (oily skin).
Primary causatives
• Due to fungal infection, which also pave way to indirect bacterial or viral infection.
• A type of scalp ringworm (Seborrhoea Dermatitis) may be the causatives.
Other than these, there are some common causatives which are Secondary, but major cause for 80% of the victims.
Reason for the cause
There are two types of scalp layer. One is naturally oily (oil secrets in excess) and the others is naturally dry (though if oil applied becomes dry due to body heat).
For oily scalp
Oily skin secrets oil naturally from the scalp cells. As oils are sticky in nature and gives moisture, they easily adheres the pollution from the atmosphere. The adhered pollution gets decayed along with the oily in the scalp skin. This decay results in fungus formation. Cleaning the scalp may help. But, if improper cleansing is carried then the residues may mix up with the oil and will gets further decaying in excess. Because of this, other fungus attracted (ringworm) to stay along with them to cause multi-infections.
Natural Remedies:
• Hot oily message will fill the oil glands.
(Oil ingredients: Coconut oil 50ml, Gooseberry 2, Neem leaves 5-10, Tulsi leaves 5-10, pepper 5-10). Frequent message (weekly twice) will help. The fact to be believed here is the oil along with astringent, bitter, hot, mint taste will stay in the scalp, which won’t allow the other infectors to react in their own way. These will suppress their reaction. Further this oil will not be sticky as the astringent will separate the moisture and stickiness in the oil.
For dry scalp
As the skin are naturally dry, they will peel off because of dryness (less in moisture). In peeling stage the new skin will grow up, but due to continuous and frequent process they cannot grow up to cover the scalp. Now comes the problem, because of insufficient growth for covering, the layer is infected by other skin diseases. Itching (due cause damage to the hairs’ root) followed by irritation. For shampooing the chemicals will readily affect. Due to open pore/open skin layer the other infectors may easily affect the skin.

Natural Remedies:
• Hot oily message will fill the oil glands which bring back the moisture to the skin
(Oil ingredients: Olive oil 50ml, Gooseberry 2, Hibiscus flower 5-10, Tulsi leaves 5-10, pepper 5-10), Aleo Vera.

Common remedies for both oily and dry scalp:
• Follow proper sleeping hours.
• Add food items in your diet list which keeps your body temperature low. For example, Fruits juices, vegetables, Ghee, butter milk, avoid all sugar, spicy, hot, salty items. This is because, as body heat will melt the oil in the scalp cell and make them active for oil secretion. For dry scalp make them more drier.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Apply Aloe Vera on to scalp to make them cool.

Mood rings

Pepole generally wore ring for various reasons. Mostly for fashion, passion and love. Some wore for medical, ethically and so on. Do you belive that a type of ring can tell your mood? Of course its true, they can tell. It the Mood Rings. Do you know something on Mood rings? They are the rings, change its color according to the mood (emotion) of the person who wore it. What is the fact behind it? Here it reveals...
Wow!

Basic color of  the ring vary from blue to green (490nm to 550nm) i.e., which accord to the normal human body temperature. Coming to the fact, how do they change their colors? They are such a material containing Liquid crystals within them, which are thermochromic elements (thermo-heat, Chromic-color). When the boby temperature  (thermo) changes, the thermochromic elements (Liquid crystals) response to the temperature i.e.,  they vary their chromic levels of the atoms present in the crystal. These crystal materials embbed within a ring without a underneath cover or thin layer of a metal that could transfer the heat of the body via skin to the crystal. As human body temperature vary according to their emotional states, say angry, happy, passion, crying, fear etc... Chromic level depends on the basic reflection of light (at a certain wavelength). These are the facts about the Mood Rings.

As human body temperature fluctuate according to their emotional state, there gives rise to different color change in th emood rings. There is a list, prepared based on the color of the ring due to the fluctuation. Check out below. Listed in the order of VIBGYOR with some chemistry between material of he ring to the temperature of the boby.

  • Violet or Indigo - Happy, Romantic, Passionate
  • Purple - Sensuality
  • Blue - Relaxed, Calm, Happy
  • Green - Healing, Love, Calm
  • Yellow - Mental Strain
  • Orange - State of Wanting

Though these are beliveable but has some downlines, say they not only response to the body temperature but also for the atmospheric temperature variation too.

Do you know how cyclones are named?

You might not know when the next cyclone will hit the Asian and Pacific countries, but you can be sure it will be called by a name. How a cyclone named before it takes place?

Here comes the fact…

First naming of the tropical cyclone was took around 20th century by an Australian weather forecaster. He gave the name to the cyclones, which was the name of the politicians whom he disliked. It is clear that naming a cyclone is up to the forecaster wish, which forecaster identify it and report it first in public. So the names were meaningless, say it may be whatever, the dog’s name of the forecaster.

During the Second World War, they were named as girl’s name. This is because the military people used their beloved’s name, say their mother, wife, girlfriend or daughter, whom they missed. Later this get into practice, but this varied from place to place. Some named them using their military alphabetical names, some used both male and female names, and some used the best of their area as the cyclone name.

By giving random names, lead confusion for the government to follow the data. That is they cannot hold the data and follow where the recues has finished and where to be given support etc. As they last for a week and took again in that same place within a short period, the weather forecaster find difficult to communicate within them and to follow the data and the reports.

So, the Tropical Cyclone bodies decided to give the cyclone name through a systematic procedure. There are five tropical cyclones regional bodies. They are ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee, WMO/ESCAP Panel on Tropical Cyclones, RA I Tropical Cyclone Committee, RA IV Hurricane Committee, and RA V Tropical Cyclone Committee. They prepared six lists. Each list which will be repeatedly used for naming for every six years, in a cyclic way, say for example 2010’s list might be used in 2016.
